food was nice, company in the bay, nice to have people to chat to, staff are lovely.
Staff have been kind to my wife.
One very disturbed male patient caused upset on two separate nights - swearing and screaming - no staff spoke to us patients on either night. His language is not acceptable to me especially in front of my young grandchildren.
I have found the care I have received in this hospital very good overall.
I have found my care good overall. I am working hard at trying to walk while in hospital.
The girls here are great. I've been kept well-informed throughout. Care is excellent all-round. I don't think you could improve upon it, but you could really improve the IWGC feedback sheet!! It's really confusing.
My care has been very good generally. I am unsure of when I when I will be discharged, and would like more information about this.
I have really enjoyed my therapy. I enjoy going up and down the stairs, and exercising on the bike. I enjoy my therapy on weekday mornings! I am well-looked after and everything is OK.
Generally good. The main problem is that I haven't been given enough information on my care and treatment, and I am not sure what the next steps are concerning my discharge.
I think the food is good, and I am very happy with the size of the ward; i.e. it is nice and spacious.
